Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy

This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (the Policy) defines the procedure for collecting, storing, using, transferring and protecting personal data of users of the Promptx.uz platform (the Platform).

The Policy has been developed in accordance with:

• the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547;
• the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Informatization”;
• other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

By using the Promptx.uz Platform, the user confirms that they have read this Policy, understand its provisions and consent to the processing of their personal data under the terms of the Policy.

The personal data operator is the owner of the Promptx.uz platform (the Operator), which processes personal data independently or with the involvement of authorized processors.

3.1. While using the Platform, the following personal data of users may be processed:

• identification data (name, nickname);
• contact data (email address, Telegram ID);
• account data (subscription status, transaction history);
• history of requests, messages and interactions with the Platform;
• technical data (IP address, device type, browser, access date and time);
• other data voluntarily provided by the user.

3.2. The Platform does not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, including health information, religion, political views, biometric data or other sensitive information.

Personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• providing the Platform functionality;
• user registration and identification;
• processing requests and generating responses;
• managing subscriptions and payments;
• user technical support;
• improving service quality and user experience;
• ensuring information security;
• complying with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Personal data is processed on the following grounds:

• user consent;
• necessity to perform the user agreement;
• fulfilment of obligations established by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• legitimate interests of the Operator that do not violate user rights.

6.1. Personal data may be transferred to third parties only in the following cases:

• to fulfil obligations to the user;
• to payment providers when payment is made;
• upon lawful request of government authorities;
• to technical contractors (hosting, AI providers) subject to confidentiality obligations.

6.2. Transfer of data outside the Republic of Uzbekistan is permitted provided that an adequate level of personal data protection is ensured.

7.1. Personal data is stored no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, unless a different retention period is established by law.

7.2. After the purposes of processing have been achieved, the data is deleted or anonymized.

The user has the right to:

• receive information about the processing of their personal data;
• request changes or clarification of data;
• withdraw consent to data processing;
• request deletion of personal data;
• file complaints with authorized authorities.

Requests are sent to the contacts specified in Section 2 and are reviewed within 30 calendar days.

The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, including:

• data encryption;
• access restriction;
• protection against unauthorized access;
• regular security monitoring of systems.

The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure correct operation of the service, analytics and improvement of user experience. The user can manage cookies through browser settings.

The Platform uses automated algorithms, including AI, to process user requests. These processes are not intended to make decisions that have legal consequences for the user.

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on Promptx.uz. Changes take effect from the moment of publication.

The Operator respects users’ right to privacy and takes all reasonable measures to protect personal data.

For all questions related to personal data processing, the user may contact the Operator using the contacts specified in this Policy.
